Recipe from the classroom: aguachiles

My students in 4th period told me their favorite food was aguachiles. I decided to try it. It was so amazing that I ate it over the bowl. I shared some with my next door neighbor, Jenn, too. I put it on tostadas with tahin. They were so yummy. Here is a recipe. Be sure to use spicy chiles, not pasilla like I used.
