I met my friend Jenni
My friend Jenni McCoy worked at my school in China, then moved on to Phnom Penh, so we met and got a Khmer massage, which is my new favorite type of massage. It is just pushing muscles with hands and stretching body parts. It is quite lovely. And first they wash and scrub your feet. Then we walked all around and saw the royal palace, the city at night and then we went to eat at a local restaurant. It was so fun and the best time I have had in a long while. Then we hung out again at a bar called the Hideout with her expat colleauges. There were two Americans, 3 Canadians and an Australian. There were yummy chicken wings and great live music. It was a great time. Then I caught the tuktuk back to my hotel.
