Guatemalan Street Salad

I had this salad today that was one of the best things I have ever eaten. As far as I can tell, you start with a plastic cup filled with some water. Hopefully that will not be my downfall. I didn’t drink it. Then cucumbers, peeled and cut into halves and then quarters length wise and put into the cup. Then around that, putting a light plastic bag, like a film, maybe similar to what you would use for frosting, kind of. You can rip it. On top of the cukes are like ripped up iceberg lettuce, maybe chopped but not finely. Then around the sides, slices of tomato and radish. Then on the top some salt, some maybe mustard salt and some brown seasoning. Then also one fresh squeezed lime over the top. This was amazing. I took the time even to Google Translate to the vendor that it may have been one of the best things I have ever eaten in my life.
