Nicaraguan salsa

The other interesting recipe from Nicaragua is salsa but it is much different than others I have tried. It’s almost canned salsa, but then its almost like you add pureed tomatoes to the mixture. It’s thick and very good. We had it with gallo pinto, plantain, sour cream, eggs and tortillas. So tasty. Here is the recipe.
