Hi Junior. Here is the easiest one ever — mango. Tell your mom she can buy them cheap at Cappy’s on 72. Wait till it is yellow and pink and smell it. If if smells like something flowery or sweet and meets the other 2, it is ready. Actually, this amazing small one I had in Jamaica was perfect. So just bite into it. Spit out the skin. Amazing. Video
