Fishing feasts and adventures

Back when I used to fish with my son, we had a boat, and went on some amazing adventures and we caught all kinds of fish — perch, crappie, trout, dogfish, squid, flouder. Dogfish are an interesting beast. We had our own catching technique. They are shark and they urinate in their flesh when stressed, so you have to soak them in milk to get that out. They are delicious as fish tacos. We no longer have the boat and my son and I are now estranged, but someday perhaps we will go again.
